Korean Drama Tomorrow gives heartbreaking life stories
Story
After an accident, Joon Woong finds himself in a company of grim reapers who offer him a choice, to stay in a coma for years, or work for the crisis management team for a few months and wake up sooner. But working with his new team isn’t easy, as Joon Woong not only has to learn how to navigate the afterlife world, but also how to save people who are about to take their own lives.
Korean Drama Tomorrow is an anthology of short stories under the umbrella of the grim reaper concept.
The fantasy element is masterfully managed, with a clever presentation of the afterlife world and smart choices when it came to the wardrobe.
Also, the stories were heartbreaking, and interesting and showcased not only a plethora of emotions, but the past of the main characters as well.
In addition, the drama kept being entertaining till the very ending, blending the sad aspect of it, with the comedy element and the team’s sweet dynamics.
