Korean Drama Sell Your Haunted House is atmosperic and with the just right amount of horror.
Story
Daebak Real Estate is specializing in selling haunted houses, which they exorcize first. It’s run by Ji Ah, a ruthless and cold exorcist whose years in business have taught her to leave her emotions out of every mission. On the other hand, In Bom is a con artist who mostly does exorcizing frauds. He is also the perfect man for Ji Ah’s job.
Korean Drama Sell Your Haunted House gives plenty of ghosts cases, a smooth main mystery, and two strong characters.
The biggest advantage that this drama has is the lack of romance. The two leads work together and develop a deep bond that helps them overcome the ghosts of their pasts and become stronger, but they never dwell into unnecessary love vibes. And yet their teamwork is enjoyable and their chemistry superb.
The drama does a good job blending the rest of the characters well into the story equally. From the people close to the leads to those living in the same neighborhood, stories jump up from everywhere, giving a big variety of cases to be solved.
Those cases were all, one way or another, emotional, sad, and had enough suspenseful factors to make them interesting. The CGI was complementing the stories nicely, as well.
The way ghosts were presented was, actually, interesting, as it gave a more dark and horror take on the drama. In addition, the exorcism procedure, as well as the settings and prompts, gave an authentic feel to the drama’s universe.
Now, for the main mystery, that was thrilling at first and got quite suspenseful, without getting confusing. However, somehow, in the end, it felt short. There were some things left unexplained too.
Characters
Ji Ah is an exorcist, just like her mother. She is a quick thinker, a brilliant fighter and a strong personality, though she has a hot temper that makes her look aggressive.
Jang Na Ra takes up a strong female lead role and she executes it brilliantly, proving that she can do both romantic girly characters as well as dynamic ones.

In Beom is a con artist who loves money, but struggles to get by. At first, he thinks that Ji Ah is like him and he wants to expose her in order to eliminate any competition. However, memories of his past start sparking up when he is around her.
Jung Yong Hwa does a great job as the male lead and his performance is smooth and enjoyable.
Ji Cheol is In Beom’s friend and partner in crime. He is a genius when it comes to computers and cameras, but is less confident compared to his friend.
Kang Hong Suk offered the comedy relief of the story without being overbearing.

Hwa Jung is Ji Ah’s business partner and is like an aunt to her. She is the person she trusts the most. However, Hwa Jung hides a big secret from her.
Kang Mal Geum portrayed her mysterious character brilliantly. She also showcased a lot of emotion in her dramatic scenes.
Cinematography
The drama had the perfect atmosphere, haunty and mysterious, along with a good pace and nice fighting scenes.
Overall
My overall rating for the Korean Drama Sell Your Haunted House is 8 out of 10. Even though the drama left some details unexplaned, it was enjoyable and suspenseful.
