Story

When Aoki borrows an eraser from his crush, Hashimoto, finding on it the name of Ida, another boy of their class, feels like a huge mix-up, until Ida discovers the eraser and thinks that it belongs to Aoki. And in his attempt to protect Hashimoto, Aoki pretends that he is the one who likes Ida.

Japanese Drama Kieta Hatsukoi is a cute drama with a hilarious plot full of misunderstandings and playful twists.

The drama is actually prompted by a misunderstanding and continues to add to it. The romance, in addition, is pretty sweet, and well-paced, giving time to the couple to have smooth progress and some cute moments towards the ending.

The side couple was enjoyable too, though they had a rushed ending.

However, the most enjoyable part of the drama was the main lead. He was adorable and funny and gave the story many comical moments. The other characters, especially the side ones, were pretty interesting and energetic too.

Besides that, the drama had a great first half, yet, the second part was not as good and kind of predictable, though it wasn’t boring.
