Story

When Mitsu moves into a new house when she entered university, she discovers that her neighbor is her ex-boyfriend. And he seems to be interested in her, even though Mitsu knows that he has a girlfriend.

Japanese Drama Motoke Retry is a drama with a basic storyline that doesn’t offer a lot of surprises.

Rather, it follows a plotline full of cliches and with not much to offer in the second half.

Probably the only thing that saves this drama is the main couple. They had chemistry and their kissing scenes were enjoyable.

The love triangle, on the other hand, along with the misunderstandings, was boring and probably easy to figure out.

And, as this is a short drama, there is no character development.

Characters

Mitsu is a university student. She doesn’t have much experience with love, but she does her best in everything that she does.

Kawazu Asuka performed her part nicely.

Kaede is Mitsu’s ex-boyfriend. He is a friendly guy who is really sweet.

Suzuki Jin gave a nice performance.
