Korean Drama Cleaning Up is an intense crime drama
Story
Yong Mi is a cleaning lady working for a stoke market office. She is struggling financially and has family issues, along with some addiction struggles. Her life is a mess, until she overhears some information that can change her situation if she invests the right business. Thus she and her other two friends, will start spying and collecting information, a dangerous feat as things are more complicated and risky than they can imagine.
Korean Drama Cleaning Up is an interesting blend of spy drama, suspense, friendship, and family dynamics.
The story blends everything up masterfully, even some romance. And it does it well so as to not have their twists being repeated and their plot being overloaded.
Rather, the story kept its initial thriller genre, just adding some background stories and some more humane twists on the characters.
However, the drama did get stuffy towards the end. But, it kept being entertaining and gave each character the right ending.
Characters
Yong Mi is a divorced mother, working as a cleaning lady and trying to put her past behind, while she is struggling to make ends meet. She is resourceful and clever.
Yeom Jung Ah gave a strong performance.

Jeon So Min was really sweet and cute.

The drama has a fast pace and creates the right atmosphere for a thrilling mystery.

My overall rating for the Korean Drama Cleaning Up is 7 out of 10. The drama combines all the right elements nicely together.
