Story

Tae Sang is a wealthy man who has connections on both sides and is always looking out for himself, until he meets Chae Ok, who is an expert in finding missing persons, and is now looking for her mother, who is missing for ten years. And, as they work together, they discover the terrible truth hiding in the basement of the local hospital.

Korean Drama Gyeongseong Creature is a fantasy, horror drama.

The story is pretty complex, as it involves historical facts, with a sci fi storyline, along with some romantic aspects.

The historical part, first of all, was nicely handled and the costumes were spot on.

The Sci Fi part, though the CGI could have been better, was interesting and gory at times.

The romance, on the other hand, was just okay, as it didn’t blend smoothly with the rest of the drama and didn’t have enough time to develop, as the two leads shared only few moments.

The family drama, however, was intense and emotional.
