Story

The residents of the Green Home Appartments have left their stronghold and now are scattered out, trying to survive the monsters along with the humans around them.

Korean Drama Sweet Home Season 2 is the sequel to Sweet Home, even though the main characters of the first season have little screen time.

This time around, the drama brings out new characters, with a new community of residents with their own adventures.

That is not to say that the old characters don’t pop up from time to time. However, their stories aren’t that prominent. But, some scenes tease strong comebacks in the third season.

However, the overall result isn’t as good as the first season. The stories are okay, but some of them feel reheated and not that enjoyable.

Also, the way they were presented, with a hectic pace and jumping from one character to another didn’t allow for a smooth progression of their plots.

Characters

Dr. Lim is a man dedicated to finding the truth behind the mutations, even if that means sacrificing himself.

Oh Jung Se gave an enjoyable performance.

The CGI was enjoyable and the pace was hectic.

Overall

My overall rating for the Korean Drama Sweet Home Season 2 is 5 out of 10. It wasn’t as enjoyable as the first season.
