Japanese Drama Yangotonaki Ichizoku is a classic melodrama
Story
Sato is a young woman from a poor background that marries Kenta, the heir of a rich family. And as she moves into his family’s house, she discovers that she is unwelcome.
Japanese Drama Yangotonaki Ichizoku is a melodrama with all the classic tropes, even amnesia is utilized towards the ending.
The romance, nevertheless, is sweet and the couple had chemistry, which aids in their dynamics.
As for the main story, it’s full of drama and unlikeable characters that want to harm the main hero, but the final result is satisfying.
Characters
Sato is the daughter of restaurant owners and lived her life serving and cooking. She is a hard worker who is friendly and warm.
Tsuchiya Tao was really sweet.

Kenta is an office worker who is Sato’s boyfriend. He is a sweet guy, but he has a secret, as, in reality, he is the son of a rich but ruthless family.
Matsushita Kouhei gave a nice performance.

Cinematography
The drama had a nice pace and blended all the short cases nicely.
Overall
My overall rating for the Japanese Drama Yangotonaki Ichizoku is 7 out of 10. The drama is cheesy and too melodramatic, but it’s a fun ride.
