Korean Drama Fanletter, Please is a short and sweet drama
Story
Yoo Na is a huge fan of actress Kang Hee, especially since her dad and her idol used to be classmates. So, Yoo Na keeps writing to her fan letters, to which her dad, Jung Seok, replies, pretending to be Kang Hee. However, when Yoo Na’s story makes headlines, the real Kang Hee will have to come and meet Yoo Na in person.
Korean Drama Fanletter, Please is a short romantic comedy.
The drama focuses more on the relationship of the characters, with a sweet father-daughter relationship and few romantic moments between the couple. There were, in addition, some comedy parts as well.
However, the drama has some darker twists that weren’t fully presented or in-depth explored, like the actress’s past with her mother.
The ending, was cheesy, yes, using overused trops, but it was nice and it feated the story well.
Characters
Kang Hee is a famous and beautiful actress. She is struggling to hold back her demons, and she is having stress issues.
Choi Soo Young was sweet and did a good job with her character.

My overall rating for the Korean Drama Fanletter, Please is 6 out of 10. The drama is heartwarming but generic.
