Korean Drama Crazy Love is a predictable rom com
Story
Shin A works as a secretary for impossible to please Noh Go Jin, or else mister Noh manners, a genius mathematics instructor, while she dreams of one day becoming an instructor herself. However, one day she is diagnosed with cancer in the final stages. Shin A blames her boss for her misfortune and pays him a visit at his house to give him her resignation personally. Unfortunately, and after they fight, Go Jin gets into a hit-and-run accident, resulting in him being in hospital with amnesia and Shin A being accused to be the culprit. In a desperate attempt to avoid going to prison, Shin A announces in front of everyone that she is her boss’s secret fiancee!
Korean Drama Crazy Love is a rom com that follows the Korean rom com pattern step by step.
And it indeed has all the trops, the amnesia, the enemies to lovers, the terminal illness, the office drama, the tragic past etc. Even the best friend motif was unoriginal.
Still, the drama has its moments. The couple was sweet and they looked good together. They also had romantic chemistry and some intense kissing scenes.
As for the office drama, it was interesting for a while and especially in the final episodes, though by then the drama started getting boring.
In addition, some of the side characters were annoying. And the ex girlfriend trop was predictable and cheesy.
Characters
Go Jin is a genius mathematician who works as an instructor, popular among the students, and he also runs his own company. He likes things done only his way and he is cold and unapproachable.
Kim Jae Wook was sweet and funny.

Shin A is a young woman who is putting up with her annoying boss in order to achieve her dreams of becoming an instructor.
Krystal Jung gave an energetic performance and she was delightful to watch.

Soo Young is Go Jin’s ex girlfriend who has broken his heart. She is the daughter of Go Jin’s antagonist and she tries hard to fill her father’s shoes.
Yoo In Young was very emotional.
Se Gi is Go Jin’s best friend and is like a brother to him. He runs their business and he is the sensible one.
Ha Joon gave an enjoyable performance.

Cinematography
The drama had a quick pace for the first part, and a slower one towards the ending.
Overall
My overall rating for the Korean Drama Crazy Love is 6.5 out of 10. The drama doesn’t offer anything original but it is a fun watch.
