Story

Mizuki, a former marathon runner, is now working at a hotel in customer service, but she is horrible at it. She even gains the reputation of never smiling among her colleagues. That is until she meets Kaji, a pastry chef working at the hotel, who has the reputation of a womanizer.

Japanese Drama Sugar Sugar Honey is a light romantic comedy.

The drama blends a lot of themes together: food, sports, romance, office drama, and a rivalry from the past. However, due to its short time, it doesn’t let any of those develop properly.

The romance, moreover, was cute, though, at times, it was rushed, especially in the end.

The food, in addition, was delicious and nice, but they were fewer and fewer as the drama progressed.
