Korean Drama Knight Flower is a nice comedy drama but the romance is lacking
Story
Yeo Hwa is a widow of a prestigious and powerful family, but she also has a secret; she puts on a mask at night and ventures outside her home to save those in need.
Korean Drama Knight Flower is a period drama with an action-packed story.
The drama has a strong female lead that dominates each scene. She also provides the drama with plenty of comedy parts, as well as well-executed fighting scenes.
The political drama was, in addition, pretty intriguing and it was nicely paced and embedded in the story.
The romance, on the other hand, and even though it wasn’t the focus of the drama, wasn’t that strong and it was kind of predictable. At least, it had an ending that was well-handled.
Characters
Yeo Hwa is a widow who is dedicated to her late husband and she almost never leaves her house, being always observed by her mother-in-law to never misstep. However, she hides a more adventurous and opinionated side.
Lee Ha Nee was especially enjoyable.
