Eun Seung, seeing that his plan of tricking Hae In into believing that he is her fiance and that Hyun Woo was cheating on her before she divorced him, has failed and that Hae In has gone to meet Hyun Woo after all, he abducted her and had Hyun Woo into an accident.

However, Hyun Woo wakes up on his hospital bed and rushes to save Hae In, who has woken up after being threatened by Eun Seung. Thus, she is forced to calm him down by agreeing to his every request, which has him leaving her alone, but still trapped in the house.

Then, Hae In listens to a conversation between Eun Seung and his mother, in which it is revealed her true intentions and all of her wrongdoings like her causing the accident in which Hae In’s brother was killed and she almost lost her life. But, as the older lady discovers Hae In eavesdropping and she and her son are about to attack her, Hyung Woo arrives and rescues her.

They run into the snow-covered estate, but Eun Seung catches up with them, holding Hae In at gunpoint, and asking her to come with him. He revealed that he was the boy who had rescued her from the dog when she was a kid and that he had loved her ever since.

However, Hae In loves Hyun Woo, and thus, she states once and for all that she isn’t going to follow him anywhere. That makes Eun Seung mad and fires at her. But, before she gets shot, Hyung Woo jumps in front of the bullet and takes the hit, while the police arrive and shoot at Eun Seung, who falls down dead.

Meanwhile, Seul Hee has found Eun Seung’s hiding place, where he has taken the Hong’s money and has turned them into dollars secretly, and she is about to take them and run when the police arrive and inform her of her son’s death.

As for the other two families, they look through old photos and discover that on that fatal day at the beach, it was Hyun Woo who saved Hae In. Then, they hear about Hyun Woo being in the hospital, and they rush to there, only to find Hae In waiting for Hyun Woo who’s in surgery. Fortunately, he pulled off and everyone rejoiced.

Then it’s time to go after Seul Hee. Da Hye and Grace decide to come clean and provide evidence against Seul Hee, who, having bought new shares with her secret found, has led Hyun Woo to file a suit against her. He also provided statements in which Seul Hee has tried to sell land presenting it as a solid investment, when it was not the case. He also brought a video given to him by Grace, in which it is recorded the night when Seul Hee drugged her husband.

With all that, the court rules against Seul Hee.

After that, Soo Chul stayed with his son, waiting for Da Hye to be released from prison, while his sister started changing the Queen’s department store to be more customer-oriented, a dream that she had for a long time now. She is also proposed by Hyun Woo again, which she accepts.

A while later, Soo Chul reunites with his wife, while his aunt’s romance is going slowly but steadily. As for Hyun Woo and Hae In, they are with their child in Germany. Years later, Hyun Woo, an old man now, visits his wife’s grave, leaving flowers on her gravestone. And then, as she walks down the field full of flowers, he sees Hae In smiling at him.

Overall, the ending was bittersweet and realistic, giving everyone a conclusion that they deserved.
